I ordered four pair of the bamboo compression socks. I have worn three of the four. So far, two pair have been very comfortable. The Everything Will be Okay and Baby Pink. The Cocktail Hour pair were not quite as comfortable. The upper band was a little tight and they were cutting into the back of my knee area. The most comfortable pair are definitely the Baby Pink.

I had suffered undiagnosed leg pain for decades, unable to pinpoint 'the why'. From time to time it felt like I was walking on 'stumps' and walking or standing for any length of time became increasingly painful. A few years ago a CT scan showed an issue with the C4 - C5 disc. Love, love, love these socks. They are so supportive everywhere especially for my high arches.
The compression socks are great but my socks started pilling even just from wearing them within the first day or two. I was quite disappointed by this because the patterns were a large part of why I wanted to get these socks aside from the health benefits as a person with POTS, the pilling kind of ruined the patterns for me though. Otherwise they’re great.
Not what I expected - in a good way! Soft, easy to wear all day, not scratchy like others, and I actually felt symptom relief (unlike cheap options such as the large letter K shop.) I actually didn't believe my symptoms could be relieved with any compression socks, until my specialist asked me to try again with something medical grade.
These socks are amazing! I bought them for flying overseas and thought of try them out at home first. I'm hooked! My legs just feel so good in them.

I wear them at night in the northern territory and don’t find them too hot. They don’t dig in around my knee. There is some peeling on the thicker material, but that doesn’t change the function just the aesthetics.

I’m extremely disappointed with both my order and the customer service.
I ordered a navy scrub top but instead received a pair of flare pants. I contacted customer service immediately to report the mistake and have since sent five follow-up emails over the past two weeks. Unfortunately, I have not received a single response on how this error can be rectified.
Mistakes can happen, but completely ignoring a customer who is trying to resolve an issue is unacceptable. The lack of communication has been far more frustrating than the original packing error.
At this point, I’m still waiting for the correct item to be sent and for instructions on returning the incorrect product. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to its poor customer service and lack of after-sales support.
